  1. Lead and manage the group sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive group sales growth and expand client base.
  3. Identify and build relationships with potential clients, including corporations, organizations, and event planners.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and events, to create innovative and effective group sales initiatives.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies.
  6. Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  7. Create and present sales proposals and pitches to potential clients.
  8. Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
  9. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  10. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  11. Represent the Neiman Marcus Group at industry events and conferences.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Senior Group Sales Manager At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Luxury Retail Industry.
