  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed sales targets for the group sales department.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to identify their needs and provide exceptional service and support.
  3. Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and growth within the company.
  4. Collaborate with other departments within the company to develop and execute cross-selling opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions and stay ahead of industry developments.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and high performance.
  7. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, services, and offerings to effectively communicate with clients and provide expert recommendations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Group Sales Management, Preferably In The Luxury Retail Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members.
