Job Description

At Neiman Marcus Group, we are looking for a Senior Group Manager to provide strategic direction and leadership to our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing a large group of professionals in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment. This individual will be a strong leader with a proven track record of exceeding expectations and delivering results. They must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks and lead a team.The Senior Group Manager will be responsible for directing and guiding the team to ensure business objectives are met. They will be expected to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the organization, communicate and coordinate with other departments, and ensure the team is working together to achieve shared goals.To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field• 8+ years of experience in a managerial role overseeing large teams• Proven track record of leading teams to successfully complete complex projects• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareIf you have the experience and skills required for this role and are excited about the opportunity to join our team, we would love to hear from you!
