  1. Develop and execute creative concepts and solutions that align with the Neiman Marcus brand image and aesthetic.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and interpret design briefs and translate them into captivating designs.
  3. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform and inspire innovative design ideas.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of design projects.
  5. Create and present design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes to senior management for approval.
  6. Oversee the production process to ensure designs are accurately executed and delivered on time.
  7. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  8. Work closely with external vendors and agencies to maintain brand consistency and quality control.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve the overall visual aesthetic of the brand by identifying and implementing creative enhancements.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador, championing the brand's creative vision and ensuring it is reflected in all design efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ Years Of Experience In A Senior Creative Design Role, Preferably In The Luxury Retail Industry.

  • Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Diverse Range Of Creative Design Projects, Including Print, Digital, And Visual Merchandising.

  • Expertise In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Software.

  • Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Providing Guidance And Feedback To Ensure High-Quality Work.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Pitch Design Concepts To Stakeholders.
