  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of loyalty program data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer retention and loyalty.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and measure the performance of the loyalty program, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
  4. Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and concise manner, making it easily understandable for non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Identify key customer segments and provide targeted recommendations for loyalty program initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
  6. Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of loyalty program promotions and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loyalty programs, and proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to improve the program.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to ensure consistency and alignment of loyalty program strategies with overall business objectives.
  9. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep dives into specific loyalty program performance metrics, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
  10. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other mediums.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and data for loyalty program analysis and optimization.
  12. Mentor and train junior analysts in the team, providing guidance and support in developing their analytical and technical skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Specifically In The Loyalty Space.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Loyalty Program Principles And Best Practices.

  • Proficient In Data Visualization Tools And Sql.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
