We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Selling Assistant for our Fine Apparel department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist our sales associates in providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.   1. Greet and welcome customers to Neiman Marcus Group, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all shoppers.
  2. Assist sales associates in providing exceptional customer service to our high-end clientele.
  3. Have a strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and the current trends within the Fine Apparel department.
  4. Maintain a deep knowledge of the products in the Fine Apparel department, including fabrics, designers, and sizing.
  5. Collaborate with sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  6. Anticipate and address customer needs, providing personalized recommendations and assistance.
  7. Proactively approach and engage with customers, promoting our products and services.
  8. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Fine Apparel department.
  9. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
  10. Communicate effectively with customers, sales associates, and other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  11. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the success of the Fine Apparel department and the overall store.
  12. Uphold the company’s standards of excellence in customer service, professionalism, and overall presentation.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Neiman Marcus brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Luxury Fashion Brands And Current Trends In The Industry.
