- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by actively engaging with customers, highlighting promotions and new products, and upselling additional items.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends, luxury products, and brand offerings in order to effectively assist customers and make informed recommendations.
- Process and complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, including restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and communicating with the sales team about product availability.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure that the store is well-maintained and visually appealing to customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Stay up to date on store policies, procedures, and promotions in order to provide accurate information to customers.
- Take responsibility for the cleanliness and organization of the selling floor and back stock areas.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Selling Assistant At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Luxury Or High-End Fashion Environment.
