- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, needs, and concerns.
- Assist customers with sales transactions, including processing payments and completing exchanges or returns.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store's products and services, as well as current fashion trends.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities by assisting multiple customers and completing various tasks simultaneously.
- Ensure the store is kept clean, organized, and visually appealing to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide the best possible service to customers.
- Actively participate in product knowledge training and stay updated on changes in merchandise and sales techniques.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and cash handling.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management for improving customer service and sales strategies.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing Neiman Marcus Group and its luxury brand.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations, building strong customer relationships.
Previous Retail Sales Experience: A Successful Selling Assistant At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have Prior Experience In A Retail Sales Environment, Preferably In Luxury Or High-End Retail.
Strong Customer Service Skills: This Role Requires Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, So Strong Customer Service Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Be Able To Provide Exceptional Service And Build Relationships With Customers.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Selling Assistant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Customers, As Well As With Other Team Members And Managers. Clear And Effective Communication Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
