  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  2. Develop a thorough understanding of luxury brands and their products to assist customers in finding their perfect style.
  3. Utilize strong sales skills to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
  5. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and product availability to effectively assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
  6. Collaborate with team members and managers to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  7. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing the Neiman Marcus brand.
  8. Effectively communicate with customers, both in person and over the phone, to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns.
  9. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Keep the selling floor and merchandise displays organized and visually appealing.
  11. Assist in inventory management and restocking of products.
  12. Attend and actively participate in sales trainings and meetings to continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and safety guidelines.
  14. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: A Selling Assistant At Neiman Marcus Group Should Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills To Provide A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.   • Knowledge Of Luxury Brands And Products: A Thorough Understanding Of Luxury Brands And Products Is Essential For A Selling Assistant At Neiman Marcus Group. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends, Designers, And High-End Products To Assist Customers In Making Informed Purchases.
