- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
- Develop a thorough understanding of luxury brands and their products to assist customers in finding their perfect style.
- Utilize strong sales skills to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
- Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and product availability to effectively assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing the Neiman Marcus brand.
- Effectively communicate with customers, both in person and over the phone, to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the selling floor and merchandise displays organized and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products.
- Attend and actively participate in sales trainings and meetings to continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and safety guidelines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Strong Customer Service Skills: A Selling Assistant At Neiman Marcus Group Should Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills To Provide A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Effectively, Listen To Customer Needs, And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.

Knowledge Of Luxury Brands And Products: A Thorough Understanding Of Luxury Brands And Products Is Essential For A Selling Assistant At Neiman Marcus Group. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends, Designers, And High-End Products To Assist Customers In Making Informed Purchases.
