  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  2. Assist the sales team in driving sales by proactively engaging with customers and promoting products.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends, products, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Maintain the appearance and organization of the sales floor and merchandise displays.
  7. Process and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  9. Continuously strive to improve personal sales performance and contribute to team success.
  10. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and selling techniques.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management.
  13. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
  14. Represent the Neiman Marcus brand and uphold its luxury standards at all times.
  15. Embody a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: A Qualified Candidate For A Selling Assistant Job At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Environment. This Will Ensure They Have A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And Can Effectively Assist Customers.
