  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by greeting and assisting them with their shopping needs.

  3. Assist with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by Neiman Marcus Group.

  7. Keep the sales floor and displays neat, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

  9. Support sales associates in achieving their sales goals by actively promoting and cross-selling products.
  10. Handle phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate sales associates or departments.
  11. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
  12. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
