- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with gift wrapping and packaging of their purchases
- Ensure all gifts are wrapped and packed to the highest standard, adhering to company guidelines and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized wrapping station at all times
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from customers
- Keep up-to-date with current promotions and sales to inform customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Previous Experience In Retail Or Customer Service: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment Or Providing Excellent Customer Service. This Will Ensure They Are Familiar With The Demands Of The Role And Can Handle Customer Interactions Effectively.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Seasonal Wrap & Pack Associate, The Ability To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Customers And Team Members Is Crucial. This Includes Being Able To Listen Actively, Ask Relevant Questions, And Convey Information In A Friendly And Professional Manner.
Physical Capability To Handle Packages: This Role Requires The Wrapping And Packing Of Items Of Various Sizes And Weights, So Candidates Should Be Physically Capable Of Lifting And Carrying These Packages Safely And Comfortably.
