Job Description

Welcome to Neiman Marcus Group, where luxury meets exceptional service. We are currently seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to join our team for 30 hours per week. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently during the busy holiday season. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about providing an unparalleled shopping experience for our customers. If you have a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, we would love to have you on our team.

  1. Greet and welcome customers to Neiman Marcus Group with a warm and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
  3. Ensure a smooth and efficient store operation during the busy holiday season.
  4. Work closely with the store management team to maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness in all areas of the store.
  5. Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
  6. Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor to maintain a visually appealing store.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to the appropriate team members.
  8. Assist with receiving and processing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all customer orders and special requests are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
  10. Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues or customer concerns.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  15. Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  16. Uphold the Neiman Marcus Group brand standards and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: A Successful Seasonal Operations Associate Should Have Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Interact With Customers In A Friendly And Professional Manner.

  • Attention To Detail: Maintaining Accurate Inventory And Ensuring A Neat And Organized Store Are Critical Responsibilities For The Operations Associate. Therefore, Attention To Detail And A Strong Sense Of Visual Merchandising Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.
