- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in a luxury retail environment.
- Assist with store operations, including but not limited to, receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a clean and organized store.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate execution of daily tasks.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail operations, including point of sale systems, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide accurate and timely information.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing the Neiman Marcus brand.
- Support sales associates and management with customer transactions and inquiries.
- Uphold the company's policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Take initiative to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the busy season.
- Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment.

Previous Experience In Retail Operations: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role.
Strong Organizational Skills: The Job Requires A High Level Of Organization To Manage Inventory, Handle Customer Orders, And Maintain Store Displays. Candidates Should Have Proven Experience In Managing Multiple Tasks And Prioritizing Effectively.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Seasonal Operations Associate, Candidates Will Be Interacting With Customers, Colleagues, And Management On A Daily Basis. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Communicate With All Stakeholders.
