  1. Represent the Creed brand and its values with pride and enthusiasm.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products that best suit their preferences.
  3. Educate customers on the benefits of natural, high-quality skincare and cosmetics, and how they align with the Creed brand.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of the Creed product line, including ingredients, formulations, and benefits, in order to effectively communicate with customers.
  5. Engage with customers to build relationships and create a personalized shopping experience.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling Creed products.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers.
  8. Assist in maintaining the store's appearance, including keeping the Creed counter clean and organized.
  9. Collaborate with team members and store management to ensure smooth operations and achieve overall sales goals.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  11. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to stay informed about new products and updates to the Creed brand.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, sales and customer service standards, inventory control, and loss prevention.
  13. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic, while maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times.
  14. Take initiative and be proactive in identifying ways to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  15. Help promote the Creed brand and its products through social media and other marketing initiatives.
  16. Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  17. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  18. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
  19. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and merchandise.
  20. Embody the Creed brand and inspire customers to incorporate the brand's values

  • Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Sales Experience, Preferably In The Beauty Industry. This Will Help In Promoting And Selling The Brand's Products To Customers, As Well As Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Revenue.

  • Knowledge Of Beauty Products: A Thorough Understanding Of Beauty Products And Their Features Is Crucial For This Role. As A Seasonal Creed Beauty Ambassador, You Will Be Expected To Educate Customers On The Brand's Products And Make Personalized Recommendations Based On Their Needs.

  • Customer Service Oriented: Providing Exceptional Customer Service Is A Key Aspect Of This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Friendly, Approachable, And Able To Build Rapport With Customers To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience.
