Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team at Neiman Marcus Group as a Sales Support Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients by providing support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting them with their shopping needs and inquiries.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for clients.
  3. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, following all company policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by Neiman Marcus Group, in order to provide accurate information to clients.
  6. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any concerns or issues.
  7. Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, providing support and assistance as needed.
  8. Keep track of and report on sales and inventory data, and make recommendations for improving sales and customer experience.
  9. Stay updated on current fashion trends and products to provide clients with the most up-to-date information.
  10. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining the overall appearance of the sales floor.
  11. Handle any customer complaints or escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the shopping experience for clients and make suggestions for process improvements.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Sales Support Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Colleagues.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Computer Applications, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Navigate New Systems.
