  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Neiman Marcus Group customers, both in person and over the phone.
  2. Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales goals by providing support in all aspects of the sales process.
  3. Greet and engage customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by Neiman Marcus Group in order to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
  6. Assist with merchandise presentation and organization on the sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed in an appealing and visually appealing manner.
  7. Monitor and replenish inventory levels, notifying management of any low or out-of-stock items.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all customer inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  9. Conduct follow-up calls and emails to customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the sales floor and backroom areas.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  12. Continuously strive to improve customer service and sales skills through training and development opportunities.
  13. Assist with other duties as needed, including supporting other departments during busy periods or special events.
  14. Uphold the Neiman Marcus brand and image by adhering to dress code and professional behavior standards.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of Neiman Marcus Group by providing valuable support to the sales team and promoting a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
