  1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist sales team by retrieving merchandise, processing transactions, and completing necessary paperwork.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and organizing displays.
  4. Collaborate with sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and provide exceptional shopping experience for customers.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies in order to accurately answer customer inquiries.
  7. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines.
  8. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
  12. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  13. Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively participating in store events and promotions.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Provide Exceptional Service In A Luxury Retail Environment.

  • Previous Experience In A Sales Support Or Administrative Role, Preferably In The Fashion Or Luxury Retail Industry.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience Using Sales Support Software, Such As Crm Systems Or Inventory Management Tools.

  • A Strong Understanding Of Luxury Retail And Fashion Trends, As Well As Knowledge Of Neiman Marcus Group's Products And Services.
