- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, including greeting and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales goals by providing administrative and operational support.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of luxury fashion products and trends to effectively assist customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked appropriately.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, providing information and updates on product availability and delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve any potential customer service issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on all store policies and procedures, including returns, exchanges, and special orders.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
