As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our sales team by providing administrative and customer service support.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, including greeting and assisting them with their shopping needs.
  2. Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales goals by providing administrative and operational support.
  3. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of luxury fashion products and trends to effectively assist customers.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  6. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked appropriately.
  8. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments, and conducting regular stock checks.
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, providing information and updates on product availability and delivery.
  10. Proactively identify and resolve any potential customer service issues or concerns.
  11. Stay up-to-date on all store policies and procedures, including returns, exchanges, and special orders.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Neiman Marcus brand with integrity.
  14. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  15. Willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the sales team and store operations.
