
Sales Manager, Men's

- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Men's department.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Motivate and coach sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and increase sales productivity.
- Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to ensure optimal product assortment and inventory levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to make informed business decisions.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Handle customer escalations and provide prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Manage and adhere to departmental budgets and expenses.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sales associates.
- Represent Neiman Marcus Group and its values in a professional and ethical manner.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, And Developing Successful Sales Strategies.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Men's Fashion And Trends, As Well As Experience In Merchandising And Inventory Management.
