  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  2. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and ensure exceptional customer service.
  3. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with store management and other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive brand experience.
  6. Manage inventory and merchandise displays to maximize sales and maintain a visually appealing store.
  7. Handle customer escalations and ensure that all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to sales associates.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  12. Set a positive example for sales associates by consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  13. Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new sales associates.
  14. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budget management.
  15. Represent Neiman Marcus Group and uphold its values and standards at all times.
