Welcome to Neiman Marcus Group, where luxury meets exceptional service. We are currently seeking a dynamic and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate for Handbags. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most coveted designer handbags and accessories, while delivering unparalleled customer experiences. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. If you have a strong sales background and a love for all things handbags, we would love to hear from you!

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting, trying on, and purchasing handbags.
  3. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of designer handbags and accessories, including current trends, styles, and features.
  4. Educate customers on the quality and value of our products, and assist with any product inquiries or concerns.
  5. Actively listen to customers' needs and preferences to suggest appropriate handbags and accessories.
  6. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective selling techniques.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
  9. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  10. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, fashion shows, and designer collections.
  11. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, loss prevention, and inventory management.
  13. Attend and actively participate in sales and product training sessions.
  14. Uphold the Neiman Marcus brand image and provide a luxury shopping experience for all customers.
  15. Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.
