- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting, trying on, and purchasing handbags.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of designer handbags and accessories, including current trends, styles, and features.
- Educate customers on the quality and value of our products, and assist with any product inquiries or concerns.
- Actively listen to customers' needs and preferences to suggest appropriate handbags and accessories.
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, fashion shows, and designer collections.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, loss prevention, and inventory management.
- Attend and actively participate in sales and product training sessions.
- Uphold the Neiman Marcus brand image and provide a luxury shopping experience for all customers.
- Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.
