Retail Stock Associate

1. Maintain a well-stocked and organized inventory by accurately receiving, unpacking, and shelving merchandise.
2. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out-of-stock items to management.
3. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in restocking merchandise from the stockroom.
4. Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and labeled with accurate pricing.
5. Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean and organized at all times.
6. Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide exceptional customer service.
7. Follow all safety and security procedures, including proper handling of merchandise and cash handling.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the store.
9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new arrivals and current promotions.
10. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.
11. Participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for improving inventory management processes.
12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
13. Attend training sessions and continuously develop knowledge and skills related to the retail industry.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
