Retail Stock Associate

As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our merchandise is organized, stocked, and visually appealing for our valued customers. 1. Organize and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Maintain the visual presentation of the store by ensuring all merchandise is displayed properly and neatly.
3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs.
4. Assist with receiving shipments and processing merchandise.
5. Keep the stock room clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with finding and retrieving merchandise.
7. Collaborate with sales associates to ensure merchandise is restocked on the sales floor in a timely manner.
8. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
10. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
11. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels and any issues or concerns.
12. Continuously strive to improve the overall appearance and organization of the stock room and sales floor.
13. Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
14. Complete any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
