As a Retail Stock Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our merchandise is properly stocked and organized, ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience.   1. Maintain and organize merchandise in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  2. Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to management.
  4. Assist in restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
  5. Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged and priced.
  6. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and report any discrepancies.
  7. Collaborate with sales associates to fulfill customer requests and locate specific items.
  8. Keep the stock room and sales floor clean and organized at all times.
  9. Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and procedures.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling merchandise and operating equipment.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers on the sales floor.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any stock-related issues or concerns.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Neiman Marcus brand.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers with their inquiries.
  15. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
