Retail Stock Associate

1. Maintain the store's inventory by receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Ensure that all merchandise is properly labeled and tagged with accurate pricing information.
3. Perform regular inventory counts to track stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
4. Work closely with the sales team to fulfill customer requests and ensure that all items are available for purchase.
5. Keep the stock room and sales floor clean and organized to create an inviting shopping experience for customers.
6. Assist in the coordination of merchandise transfers between stores and/or departments.
7. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure that all displays and product presentations are visually appealing and in line with company standards.
8. Communicate any inventory or stocking issues to management in a timely manner.
9. Help with restocking and setting up displays during peak selling periods and seasonal sales.
10. Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
11. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers when needed.
12. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
13. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
14. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times to represent the Neiman Marcus brand.
15. Demonstrate a passion for fashion and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
