Retail Stock Associate

- Receive and unload merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring all items are easily accessible and properly labeled.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and communicate any discrepancies to management.
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor in a timely manner, following store guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure merchandise is displayed and presented in an appealing and organized manner.
- Process customer returns and exchanges, following store policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report any damaged or defective merchandise to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist in setting up and taking down displays and promotions, as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and directing them to desired products.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to protect store assets and merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with team members, updating them on stock levels and any issues that may arise.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed productivity and efficiency goals set by management.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve knowledge and skills in stock management and customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance guidelines.
Previous Retail Experience: Neiman Marcus Group Expects Candidates For The Retail Stock Associate Job To Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Stock Or Inventory Management Role. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Demands Of The Job And Can Hit The Ground Running.
