  1. Accurately manage and organize inventory in accordance with company standards.
  2. Receive, process, and merchandise new shipments in a timely manner.
  3. Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
  4. Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and priced.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor.
  6. Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and requests.
  7. Assist with setting up and executing visual displays and promotions.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory levels and stock needs.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  11. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers and make informed merchandising decisions.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential inventory issues or areas for improvement.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: A Retail Stock Associate At Neiman Marcus Group Must Be Able To Efficiently Manage Inventory And Keep Track Of Merchandise Levels To Ensure Proper Restocking And Replenishment.

  • Familiarity With Inventory Management Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Using Computerized Inventory Management Systems To Accurately Track Merchandise Levels And Assist With Ordering And Restocking Processes.
