Job Description

  1. Maintain store organization: Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, labeled, and priced according to company standards.
  2. Receive and process shipments: Responsible for receiving and checking in all merchandise, as well as ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and proper placement of items.
  3. Stock and replenish merchandise: Keep sales floors fully stocked and organized by restocking merchandise as needed and maintaining proper inventory levels.
  4. Ensure visual presentation standards are met: Work closely with visual merchandisers to ensure all displays are visually appealing and in line with company standards.
  5. Assist with inventory management: Assist in regular inventory counts and communicate any discrepancies to management.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service: Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, and assist with any inquiries or requests.
  7. Collaborate with sales team: Work closely with sales associates to ensure merchandise is readily available for customers and assist with any special requests or needs.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and safety: Keep stockroom and sales floor areas clean and safe for both customers and employees.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety protocols, dress code, and attendance.
  10. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to management to streamline stockroom and inventory processes.
  11. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge: Stay informed on new products and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers and team members.
  12. Flexible scheduling: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
