As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is always fully stocked and beautifully presented for our customers.   1. Maintaining inventory levels: The Retail Stock Associate is responsible for monitoring and managing the store's inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers to purchase.
  2. Receiving and organizing merchandise: This role involves receiving new merchandise, checking for accuracy, and organizing it in the stockroom to make it easily accessible for the sales team.
  3. Stock replenishment: The Stock Associate is responsible for restocking the sales floor throughout the day to ensure a consistent and visually appealing presentation of products.
  4. Visual merchandising: The Retail Stock Associate will work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  5. Maintaining store appearance: This role involves keeping the stockroom and sales floor clean and organized at all times, creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  6. Assisting with inventory audits: The Stock Associate will assist with regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or issues.
  7. Collaborating with sales team: The Stock Associate will work closely with the sales team to fulfill any product requests and provide support during busy periods.
  8. Following safety procedures: It is the responsibility of the Retail Stock Associate to follow all safety procedures when handling merchandise, including proper lifting techniques and using equipment safely.
  9. Time management: This role requires the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure all responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.
  10. Upholding company standards: The Stock Associate is expected to represent the company in a professional manner and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
