  1. Oversee Daily Operations: The Restaurant Lead will be responsible for managing all aspects of the café's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring high-quality service standards are met.
  2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: The primary responsibility of the Restaurant Lead will be to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service. This includes resolving any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Manage Staff: The Restaurant Lead will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all café staff. This includes creating work schedules, providing performance evaluations, and addressing any performance issues.

  6. Collaborate with Management: The Restaurant Lead will work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures, as well as to provide input on menu planning and pricing strategies.
