1. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
2. Manage the flow of guests by coordinating seating arrangements and maintaining a waitlist during busy periods.
3. Ensure all guests are seated promptly and efficiently, taking into account any special requests or preferences.
4. Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences, and provide recommendations and assistance as needed.
5. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant entrance, ensuring it is free of clutter and debris at all times.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests.
7. Answer phone calls and book reservations, as well as respond to any inquiries or concerns from guests.
8. Monitor the dining room and promptly address any issues or concerns that may arise, escalating to management if necessary.
