1. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival at the restaurant.
2. Manage the reservation book and ensure all reservations are accurately recorded and confirmed.
3. Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries and reservations.
4. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
5. Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable and happy with their seating arrangements.
6. Provide menus and inform guests of any specials or promotions.
7. Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
8. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
9. Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient and smooth service.
