Job Description

Welcome to Neiman Marcus Group, where luxury meets exceptional service. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Facilities Support Technician to join our growing team. As a member of our Facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our retail locations across the region. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing top-notch support and has a strong understanding of facilities management. If you are a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented professional, we would love to have you on our team.

  1. Ensure the functionality and efficiency of all retail locations within the region by promptly addressing any facilities-related issues.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all facilities to ensure they are in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  3. Respond to and resolve any facilities-related emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Coordinate with store managers and other team members to plan and execute maintenance and repair projects.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including tracking expenses and inventory.
  6. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance work.
  7. Continuously assess and improve facilities processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary supplies and equipment for facilities maintenance.
  9. Train and mentor new team members on facilities procedures and protocols.
  10. Act as a liaison between the Facilities team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities management to make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to all employees and customers by promptly addressing any facilities-related concerns or requests.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain a positive working relationship with all team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise In Facilities Maintenance And Repair: This Includes Knowledge And Experience In Hvac Systems, Plumbing, Electrical Work, And General Building Maintenance. Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills: Regional Facilities Support Technicians Must Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Issues That Arise In Neiman Marcus Group Facilities. This Requires A Keen Attention To Detail, A Methodical Approach To Problem-Solving, And The Ability To Think On Their Feet.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As Part Of A Regional Support Team, These Technicians Will Often Be The First Point Of Contact For Store And Facility Managers. They Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively And Provide Exceptional Customer Service To All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Prioritize Tasks: Regional Facilities Support Technicians May Be Responsible For Multiple Stores Within Their Region, So They Must Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively And Prioritize Tasks To Ensure That All Facilities Are Properly Maintained.

  • Flexibility And Willingness To Travel: This Is A Regional Role, So Candidates Must Be Willing And Able To Travel To Various Stores Within Their Designated Region. This May Require Overnight Stays And Occasional Weekend Work. A Valid Driver's License And Reliable Transportation Are Also Required.
