
Quality Assurance Manager

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough and comprehensive audits and inspections of products, services, and processes to evaluate their quality and identify any areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and customer service, to establish and maintain quality standards throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas of improvement, and take proactive measures to address any issues.
- Manage and maintain the company's quality control database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data.
- Train and educate employees on quality assurance standards and procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet the company's quality requirements.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and streamline quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and standards related to quality assurance, and make recommendations for changes or improvements as needed.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding the effectiveness of the company's quality assurance efforts and any areas of concern or improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Quality Assurance.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role In Retail Or Luxury Goods Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Control And Assurance Practices, Standards, And Regulations.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality Assurance Processes And Procedures.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Train And Manage A Team Effectively.
