
QA Auditing Specialist - Fulfillment Center
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized QA Auditing Specialist to join our Fulfillment Center team at Neiman Marcus Group. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding quality standards for all aspects of our Fulfillment Center and analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement. To be successful in this position, you must be able to work independently and have superior problem-solving and communication skills. If you are passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards and have the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance role or a related field, such as operations or supply chain. You must also have a solid understanding of quality assurance concepts, along with experience with auditing and process improvement. Additionally, you should have excellent analytical and organizational skills and be proficient in MS Office applications. A degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
