  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Proenza Schouler boutique with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, offering product knowledge, and providing recommendations.
  3. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the Proenza Schouler brand and their products, as well as other luxury brands carried by Neiman Marcus Group.
  4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by consistently providing a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  5. Utilize styling techniques to showcase the latest trends and fashion-forward looks to customers.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor recommendations accordingly.
  7. Keep the boutique clean and organized, ensuring that all products are displayed in an attractive and visually appealing manner.
  8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
  9. Stay up-to-date on all company policies and procedures, as well as any changes or updates to the luxury fashion market.
  10. Collaborate with the Proenza Schouler brand and other team members to achieve sales goals and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
  11. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by working well with colleagues and contributing to team meetings and discussions.
  12. Continuously strive to improve personal and boutique performance through self-evaluation and seeking out opportunities for growth and development.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure all customer interactions are handled with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales And Customer Service Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Luxury Fashion Retail Or Wholesale, Preferably With A Focus On Proenza Schouler Products.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of The Proenza Schouler Brand, Including Its History, Aesthetic, And Current Collections.
