  1. Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clientele in the Precious Jewelry department.
  2. Possess a strong knowledge of fine jewelry and the ability to effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  4. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and highlight the unique features of each piece of jewelry.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by recommending and selling luxury jewelry to customers.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge in order to provide the best service and recommendations to customers.
  7. Maintain the appearance of the department and merchandise, ensuring a luxurious and inviting atmosphere for customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and loss prevention measures.
  11. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer service skills to maintain a high level of performance.
  13. Represent the Neiman Marcus brand with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for luxury.

Job Qualifications
  • Jewelry Expertise: A Thorough Knowledge Of Precious Jewelry, Including Different Types Of Gemstones, Metals, And Styles, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify And Describe Various Pieces Accurately And Confidently.

  • Sales Experience: Previous Sales Experience, Preferably In A Luxury Retail Or Jewelry Environment, Is Highly Desirable. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Client Advisor, The Candidate Will Interact With A Diverse Range Of Customers On A Daily Basis. Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Necessary To Build Relationships, Understand Customer Needs, And Effectively Convey Product Information.

  • Time Management And Organizational Skills: This Is A Part-Time Role, So The Candidate Should Be Able To Manage Their Time Efficiently To Meet Sales Goals And Complete Administrative Tasks. Strong Organizational Skills Are Also Crucial For Maintaining Accurate Inventory Records And Ensuring A Visually Appealing Display Of Merchandise.
