This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the success and growth of our business, while working alongside one of the most influential and renowned figures in the fashion industry.   1. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  2. Collaborate with the creative director, Phoebe Philo, to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as sales and profitability, and make adjustments as needed to drive growth.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  7. Manage budget and expenses, making strategic decisions to optimize resources.
  8. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates and reports on business performance.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.

Job Qualifications
