Neiman Marcus Group is seeking a talented and driven Personal Stylist Selling Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Personal Stylists to provide exceptional customer service and assist with sales in our luxury department store. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with high-end fashion brands and help our clients look and feel their best.   1. Assist Personal Stylists in providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
  2. Maintain a strong knowledge of fashion trends, designer brands, and luxury products in order to assist clients with their purchasing decisions.
  3. Work closely with Personal Stylists to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, providing personalized and attentive service.
  4. Assist with sales transactions and processing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Provide support to Personal Stylists during appointments, including pulling merchandise, organizing fitting rooms, and maintaining a clean and organized selling floor.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, representing our luxury brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  7. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as fashion industry updates and trends.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as visual merchandising and inventory management, to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for clients.
  9. Proactively seek out new clients and opportunities to grow sales, while also nurturing existing client relationships.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information and transactions.
  11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting and learning from fellow team members.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Neiman Marcus Group brand, mission, and values, and embody them in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
