  • Assist clients in finding their desired products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist clients in their shopping needs
  • Collaborate with Personal Stylists to ensure seamless and personalized shopping experiences for clients
  • Assist in styling and merchandising displays to enhance the shopping environment and promote sales
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments
  • Maintain a neat and organized selling area, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays tidy
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to continually improve knowledge and skills in luxury retail and customer service
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, including maintaining confidentiality of client information.
