- Assist Personal Stylists with client appointments, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients.
- Utilize strong knowledge of current fashion trends and luxury brands to assist clients in selecting the perfect items to fit their personal style.
- Collaborate with Personal Stylists to develop and maintain client relationships, providing follow-up and follow-through on all client requests and purchases.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and build a network of new and repeat customers through various sales techniques.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current and upcoming merchandise, to better assist clients and drive sales.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to client appointments, including scheduling, order processing, and inventory management.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, promoting our brand and luxury retail experience to all clients.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining the visual appearance of the department, ensuring a luxury shopping environment for all clients.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Attend and participate in all training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
