- Develop a strong understanding of the Neiman Marcus brand and use this knowledge to provide personalized recommendations to clients.
- Help clients curate their perfect wardrobe by suggesting fashion pieces and accessories that align with their style and preferences.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about current fashion trends, designers, and luxury brands to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with the Personal Stylist to create a memorable and seamless shopping experience for clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the inventory of luxury fashion items in the store.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client profiles, and processing transactions accurately.
- Uphold the company's standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
