In this role, you will work closely with our Personal Stylists to enhance the shopping experience for our clients.   1. Work closely with Personal Stylists to understand client needs and assist in providing personalized styling services.
  2. Enhance the overall shopping experience for clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  3. Develop a strong understanding of current fashion trends and products to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
  6. Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a cohesive shopping experience for clients.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively advise clients on fashion choices.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times to uphold the reputation of the brand.
