- Assist Personal Stylists in providing exceptional service to high-end clientele.
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
- Build relationships with customers and provide personalized shopping recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and luxury brands.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all items are accurately labeled and displayed.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized selling floor.
- Work closely with the Personal Stylists to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in creating window and in-store displays to showcase new merchandise.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Attend training sessions to learn about new products and sales techniques.
