As a trusted partner to our Personal Stylists, you will play a crucial role in providing a seamless shopping experience for our high-end clientele.   1. Assist Personal Stylists in providing exceptional service to high-end clientele.
  2. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  3. Build relationships with customers and provide personalized shopping recommendations.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and luxury brands.
  5. Keep track of inventory and ensure all items are accurately labeled and displayed.
  6. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized selling floor.
  7. Work closely with the Personal Stylists to ensure all customer needs are met.
  8. Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  9. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Assist in creating window and in-store displays to showcase new merchandise.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless shopping experience.
  12. Attend training sessions to learn about new products and sales techniques.
  13. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Support the store in achieving sales goals and targets.
  15. Uphold the Neiman Marcus Group brand and image through exceptional service and knowledge of luxury fashion.

  • A Strong Knowledge Of Fashion And Current Trends: Personal Stylist Selling Assistants At Neiman Marcus Group Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Fashion And Be Able To Identify Trends In Order To Assist Customers In Creating Their Desired Look.
