- Assist clients in creating their own unique style by providing fashion advice and recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and luxury brands to effectively guide and advise clients.
- Collaborate with the Personal Shopping team to plan and execute client events and styling sessions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by proactively reaching out to clients and promoting new collections and products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Maintain the visual presentation and organization of the Personal Shopping department to create an inviting and luxurious atmosphere.
- Process transactions and handle all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Attend product knowledge trainings and seminars to continuously expand knowledge of luxury fashion brands.
- Represent the Neiman Marcus brand and uphold its high standards of excellence in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Strong Knowledge And Passion For Fashion: A Successful Personal Stylist Selling Assistant At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends, Designers, And Styles To Effectively Assist Clients.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: This Role Requires Interacting With Clients On A Daily Basis, Making It Essential For Candidates To Have Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience.
