As a part of our renowned Personal Shopping department, you will have the opportunity to work with high-end fashion brands and assist our clients in curating their unique style. We are looking for someone who is fashion-forward, customer-centric, and has a keen eye for detail.   1. Assist clients in creating their own unique style by providing fashion advice and recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
  3. Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and luxury brands to effectively guide and advise clients.
  4. Collaborate with the Personal Shopping team to plan and execute client events and styling sessions.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by proactively reaching out to clients and promoting new collections and products.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues.
  7. Maintain the visual presentation and organization of the Personal Shopping department to create an inviting and luxurious atmosphere.
  8. Process transactions and handle all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  9. Attend product knowledge trainings and seminars to continuously expand knowledge of luxury fashion brands.
  10. Represent the Neiman Marcus brand and uphold its high standards of excellence in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge And Passion For Fashion: A Successful Personal Stylist Selling Assistant At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends, Designers, And Styles To Effectively Assist Clients.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: This Role Requires Interacting With Clients On A Daily Basis, Making It Essential For Candidates To Have Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience.

  • Previous Sales Experience: Neiman Marcus Group Is A Luxury Retail Brand, And Experience In Sales, Preferably In High-End Fashion, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Organizational And Time-Management Skills: Personal Stylist Selling Assistants Are Responsible For Managing Appointments, Client Profiles, And Inventory, So Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Designer Brands And Product Assortment: Neiman Marcus Group Carries A Wide Range Of Luxury Designer Brands, And Personal Stylist Selling Assistants Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of The Product Assortment To Effectively Suggest And Recommend Items To Clients.
