Job Description

Neiman Marcus Group is seeking a Personal Stylist Program Manager to oversee our team of talented stylists and ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for our clients. We are looking for a driven and experienced individual who can not only lead a team, but also bring their own unique sense of style and fashion expertise to the role.   1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase client satisfaction within the Personal Stylist Program.
  2. Oversee and manage a team of personal stylists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service to clients.
  3. Collaborate with the retail buying team to stay informed on current and upcoming fashion trends, and use this knowledge to curate personalized looks for clients.
  4. Create and maintain relationships with clients, providing a high level of customer service and building long-term loyalty.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the Personal Stylist Program.
  6. Develop and maintain a network of fashion industry contacts, including designers, brands, and influencers, to stay current on industry trends and build partnerships.
  7. Plan and execute events and promotions to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  8. Ensure that all stylists are trained on company policies and procedures, as well as fashion and styling techniques.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations for stylists and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to help them improve.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote the Personal Stylist Program and attract new clients.
  11. Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and make recommendations for ways to differentiate and improve the program.
  12. Manage budgets and expenses related to the Personal Stylist Program.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the client experience, making adjustments as needed to meet their needs and expectations.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Neiman Marcus brand at all times.
  15. Embody the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fashion Retail, Preferably In A Management Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Industry Best Practices.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
