- Provide exceptional support to Personal Stylists in order to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to understand their individual fashion needs and preferences.
- Assist in creating personalized looks for clients based on their style, body type, and occasion.
- Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of luxury fashion brands and products in order to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, Personal Stylists, and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient styling experience.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory of products and accessories for styling appointments.
- Participate in client events and styling workshops to promote the styling services and build relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the Personal Stylist team to contribute ideas and strategies for improving the overall success of the styling services.
- Uphold Neiman Marcus Group’s standards of excellence in all interactions with clients and team members.
Knowledge Of Fashion And Current Trends: A Personal Stylist Assistant At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fashion And Be Up-To-Date With The Latest Trends In The Industry. This Will Help Them Assist The Stylist In Creating Relevant And Fashionable Looks For Clients.
