- Assist Personal Stylists in providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with Personal Stylists to create personalized and stylish looks for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and styles.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Neiman Marcus Group's products and services.
- Help clients with trying on and selecting clothing and accessories.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to clients based on their personal style and preferences.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the styling area and inventory.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and appointments.
- Uphold and promote the Neiman Marcus Group brand and values.
