- Assist Personal Stylists in providing exceptional service to clients by greeting and welcoming them, offering refreshments, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their shopping experience.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by providing support in styling appointments, organizing merchandise, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the styling suite.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and assist Personal Stylists in keeping clients informed about new arrivals and upcoming collections.
- Collaborate with Personal Stylists to create personalized looks and outfits for clients based on their individual style and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for the Personal Stylists.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, maintaining client records, and organizing client files.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions within the styling suite.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and displayed according to company standards.
- Uphold the company's luxury brand image by maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals set by the company.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and overall success of the store.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, inventory control, and safety protocols.
- Strive to provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients, making their shopping experience at Neiman Marcus Group memorable and enjoyable.
Strong Knowledge Of Fashion Trends And Industry, As Well As Understanding Of Luxury Retail Market.
Previous Experience In Personal Styling Or Fashion Retail, With A Track Record Of Providing Excellent Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Multi-Task And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment.
